eMarketer recently shared some findings on cross-channel communications.

This really stood out:

Taking this at face value, it appears that at least a quarter of all marketers don’t harness cross-channel campaigns.

Moreover, only one in five seems to integrate their communications across different channels on a regular basis.

That shocked me.

Given that absolutely anything can be used to share a message, why are we not using all means at our disposal to ensure our communications achieve their purpose?

It’s time for change.
