the magazine contains content from a number of different contributors, but its website doesn’t mention how it’s funded.

something about this youtube-based initiative to find new classical music pioneers really inspires me.

part of it is the use of media; another part of it is the acceptance that people don’t need to play traditional instruments.

but the biggest part is that it makes me want to have a go.

not because i want to win the prize, but because it sounds fun.

which is surely what the initiative was all about in the first place: making classical music fun for everyone.
